Refund policy

-If your product is ordered and has not yet shipped, a full refund can be requested.

-For the safety of our customers, we do not accept returns, even if the product has not been opened.

-If your product is lost during transport, we may be able to assist (case-by-case basis). However, if your product tracking number shows a delivery has occurred, we will not issue a refund. At best, we can help you open a case with the carrier.

-Ultimately, all sales are final. Delivery is traceable and a tracking link will be provided. When ordering, please ensure you are typing in your address correctly as we will not be held liable for shipments sent to the wrong/incorrect address.

-Declined deliveries or carrier returned deliveries will not be refunded. However, we will work with our customers on resending product if the above was outside of our customer’s control or an act of God.

-At the end of day, we will be diligent on our end to ensure fast, discrete and smooth delivery. Should an issue arise, we are reasonable and will do our best to provide an adequate solution.
